Payment

For payment we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash.

Pre-Booking

To ensure we can accommodate your busy schedule it is best to secure the time and date by pre-booking your appointment. Future appointments can be booked before you leave your current visit. Please let us know any and all services you will need to book.

Late-Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals but cannot guarantee the service if you are 15 minutes or more delayed. Calling ahead provides us a better opportunity to accommodate your late arrival.

Cancellations

We do require 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you are not able to cancel with 24 hour notice, or in the event of a no show or no call, we will charge 50% of the service booked during the week. For weekends, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas and New Year’s Eve the charge will be 100%. We do realize that craziness in life happens, so if something unavoidable happens the time of your appointment, just communicate with us and we will be happy to work with your schedule.

Redo/Refund Policy

Every team member at Simply Ravishing guarantees each and every service. Since team members are independent contractors, any issues with unsatisfaction should be addressed to the particular service provider. Only when a suitable remedy can be agreed upon, will management get involved. A client can return to the salon within two weeks of the original hair service or 4 days of the original nail service performed to have the service redone. Only when the original team member or another member of the team has been given the opportunity to redo the service to make sure the client is happy, and yet the client is still unsatisfied with the results, will a refund be given.

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Gift Certificates may not be returned or redeemed for cash. They can be transferred to another party or the value can be applied to any other service we offer.

Other

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. Due to Arizona Cosmetology Board regulations pets are not allowed in the salon, however, service animals are always welcomed.
