Whichever therapy you choose, I customize each treatment to fit your needs at the time, using the many modalities I have learned over the past 30 years, including: Swedish Massage, Deep Muscle Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Structural Integration, CranioReleaseTechnique, CranioSacral Therapy, Infant CranialSacral Therapy, Meridian Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Emotional Freedom Technique, Tom Meyers Anatomy Trains, Abdominal Unwinding, Myofacial Energetic Massage- Lower spine, pelvis, legs, and many others that get integrated into each session as needed.
